Project Manager
· Responsible for accepting
orders, verifying accuracy and completeness, entering completed packages into
OSS systems and ordering additional services as required.
· Responsible for project
management ownership of the order throughout the project
lifecycle and resolving any issues regarding the project.
· Partner with project team
members to ensure smooth execution and activation.

expectations are set accordingly throughout the order lifecycle.

· Manage all daily activities
related to customer circuit (loop) ASRs and LSRs, which includes:
initiation, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling order progress,
responding to order rejects or troubles, and identifying, escalating and
resolving jeopardy situations.
· Communicate effectively
with project team and upper management on circuit statuses.
· Refer out, dispatch and
coordinate with ILECs and field techs as required to drive
resolution of defective circuits and/or installations.
· Participate in the
proactive monitoring of deliverables and preinstalled circuits
to isolate trouble and
drive resolution.
· Responsible for accepting
deliverables.
LNP Provisioner
· Create SOA subscriptions
for customers who are porting numbers to Birch (Cbeyond).
· Perform data validation and
entry as required for executing voice/data service orders.
· Develop liaison
relationships with ILEC and other provider personnel to streamline order
processing.
· Proactively manage the
delivery of service to end-customers by monitoring and controlling order
progress and identifying, escalating and resolving jeopardy orders.
· Participate in initiation
of business processes and information flow requirements.
